Frequently Asked Questions
Did you used to have an event in San Diego?
Yes, but we made the tough decision to have the NTS in only one location since we are launching our Summit at Sea in 2024. Orlando is less expensive and more convenient for
MOST of our attendees.
Where can I keep up to date on topics and other information for the Summit?

How many attendees should I expect?
We intentionally keep the events to 100 or fewer attendees to allow you the ability to connect to other tax professionals and ask questions that will help you get clarity that will move your business to the next level.
What if I need to cancel?
If written notice is given at least 60 days prior to the event date, we will refund your fee less a $75 service fee. If written notice is given within 15 days prior to the event date, there will be a $150 service fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 15 days prior to the event date.
What is the daily schedule like?
We will start each day at 8am with check in and breakfast. We will have 30 minute breaks in between each session to allow for plenty of time to stretch your legs, use the restroom and network with sponsors and attendees. Each day will wrap up around 6pm.
Can I bring non-tax preparers with me?
Yes! This event is NOT for do-it-yourself preparers, however, you may bring your team members even if they do not have a PTIN.
Would my admin team benefit from attending?
Absolutely! We will be including techniques for office management throughout the entire event AND we're including a FULL day on Running a Tax Office!

What is the dress code for the VIP Networking Party?
This year we have changed the Glitz & Glamour theme to a Luau themed indoor pool party. Where your Hawaiian gear, bathing suits, shorts, flips flops...whatever is comfortable. This will be a casual environment to unwind and connect with your fellow attendees! DJ Schnacks will be spinning some great music so you can get your groove on if the music moves you.
Will you feed us at the VIP Networking Party?
Absolutely! This year we will be serving a full dinner - backyard BBQ style. Bring your appetites.
