A Clearer Direction
Step away from the daily demands of your practice long enough to see the bigger picture. Identify what's working, what needs attention, and where you want to go next.

Forget getting lost in a crowd of hundreds. We're bringing together tax professionals who want real conversations, practical solutions, and ideas they can actually put to work.
Serious About Learning. Not So Serious About Ourselves.
The Summit Experience
You can sit through presentations anywhere. But when was the last time you attended an event where you could actually connect with the people in the room?
That’s what makes the National Tax Summit different.
No getting lost in a sea of name badges. A smaller room creates opportunities for genuine discussions, shared experiences, and fresh perspectives.
Practical ideas and strategies that go beyond theory. We want you leaving with things you can put to work in your practice.
Meet professionals who understand your challenges, celebrate your wins, and can become part of your professional network long after the Summit ends.
Moments from past Beyond 415 events.
Take a look inside a past National Tax Summit—from learning together to connecting beyond the classroom.
We don't believe the value of a conference
should be measured by how many pages of
notes you take.
The real value is what you do differently
when you get back to your practice.
Step away from the daily demands of your practice long enough to see the bigger picture. Identify what's working, what needs attention, and where you want to go next.
Explore practical ways to improve workflows, reduce unnecessary headaches, and create a practice that operates more efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Rethink client expectations, communication, and the policies that shape your workday. Better boundaries can mean better service and less stress.
Hear different approaches, challenge old assumptions, and discover ideas you might never consider while working inside your own four walls.
Our goal is simple: help you walk away with a better understanding of your practice and ideas worth acting on.
Three days in San Diego. Practical education, genuine connections, and a little fun along the way. Here's what's included.
Practical practice-management strategies, relevant tax education, and discussions designed to spark ideas you can actually use.
Meals are included, giving you more time to enjoy the experience and connect with other attendees without rushing off between sessions.
With attendance limited to 50, you'll have real opportunities to get to know the people around you, share experiences, and build valuable relationships.
We're in San Diego, after all!
When the sessions are done,
the conversations don't have to stop.
Relax, laugh, connect, and enjoy
time together outside the classroom.
Your practice doesn't run on one person.
Why should the ideas that move it forward
stop with one person, either?
Bring the people who help make your
business work. Your office manager,
senior preparer, operations lead, or
the person who keeps everything moving.
When your team learns together,
you can build something better together.
Shared experiences create shared understanding. No more trying to explain everything you learned after you get home.
Return with common priorities, fresh perspectives, and a clearer understanding of what needs to happen next.
Better systems, stronger communication, and a team that understands where the business is going.
Running a successful tax practice requires more than knowing the tax code. It takes smart systems, good people, confident decisions, and the ability to adapt. We're going to work on all of it.
Build workflows that make your practice more efficient, reduce bottlenecks, and create room to grow without creating more chaos.
Explore hiring, training, leadership, accountability, and retaining the people who help your business succeed.
Understand the relationship between pricing, complexity, value, and profitability. Stop guessing what your services are worth.
Establish clear policies, improve communication, manage difficult relationships, and protect the time and energy your practice requires.
Explore year-round services, stronger client relationships, and revenue opportunities that don't depend entirely on tax season.
We'll also make room for focused,
relevant tax education addressing
the questions and situations
practitioners encounter in their
everyday work.
No disconnected lectures or
information overload. We want
you understanding the rules,
seeing how they apply, and knowing
what to do with that information.
Great education comes from people who understand what you're dealing with. We've spent decades in this profession, and we're bringing those experiences, lessons, and perspectives into the room with you.
With more than 35 years in the tax profession, Demi understands that preparing returns and running a successful tax practice are two very different skill sets.
As founder of Beyond 415 Tax Coaching, she helps tax professionals build stronger, more profitable practices through practical strategies, better systems, intentional leadership, and accountability.
Her approach is candid, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. She believes you can build a successful business without sacrificing your sanity to do it.
With nearly five decades of experience in the tax profession, Chuck brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and practical understanding to tax education.
An Enrolled Agent and longtime tax law instructor, Chuck has a passion for helping tax professionals understand the rules, recognize the details that matter, and apply what they learn to real client situations.
His teaching goes beyond simply reading the tax code. He connects the law to the work practitioners do every day.
We're bringing together practical education, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to look at your practice from a different perspective. Here's a preview of what we're building into your Summit experience.
Focused sessions on systems, teams, profitability, client relationships, and the decisions that shape a successful tax practice.
Technical instruction, real-world examples, and practical discussions that help you understand the law and apply it with confidence.
Interactive discussions, shared experiences, questions, and the opportunity to learn from people who understand your challenges.
Opportunities to build relationships, exchange ideas, meet new colleagues, and enjoy the experience beyond the classroom.
We're putting together three days worth of valuable education and experiences. Session topics, timing, and additional program details will be announced as the schedule is finalized.

The best way to understand the Summit experience is to hear from the people who've been part of it. Different practices, different challenges, and plenty of ideas worth taking home.
What an awesome opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge in order to grow and expand my business. Beyond 415 National Tax Summit Demi Woodson and her team have done an amazing job at giving us the information needed to grow our practice.
They took all of the difficult to understand IRS lingo and broke it down into practical information we can take back and easily implement.
17 years in the industry and I felt as if I needed help to take my practice to the next level. I got what I needed this week!
If you missed this year, be sure not to miss out on next year's summit! I'll be there!
The conference was well worth the money. The topics were relevant and I appreciate being among likeminded people.
I came back with newfound confidence. I also came back with tips and tactics to run a better business. The lessons learned were invaluable. The hospitality and food were over the top.
It strengthened my knowledge in various topics, gave me structure where I had none in my business, gave me a confidence boost, and I met some amazing individuals who are friends for life that I could ask for anything pertaining to business. It takes a village and we definitely feed off of each other.
I can't wait until next year.
